The Best Burger in Portland, Oregon

We had one of the best burgers ever at Slow Bar in Portland, Oregon. The Slowburger contains ½ pound of juicy perfectly cooked Strawberry Mountain Natural Beef, gooey gruyere cheese, 2 crisp yet sweet onion rings, butter lettuce, tangy pickle relish nestled on a soft homemade seeded bun. Served with crisp hand cut French fries, 2 people can share this $9 delicious oversized hamburger. Portland Monthly Magazine voted Slowbar as one of the top 25 restaurants with meals under $25 and the Slowburger is showcased on this month’s cover. If you are visiting Portland, Oregon, we recommend that you add Slow Bar to your “eatinerary”.

Our Nephew Josh Performs “The History of Dance” At His School Talent Show

Our nephew Josh turns 9 tomorrow and we want to wish him a wonderful birthday!  Here is a video of Josh practicing and then performing “The History of Dance” for his school talent show (he was the grand finale). We are so proud of him and thought you would enjoy seeing his hard work pay off!
