As well written as the article was, I cannot agree with it. It seems to me that by the end of a campaign, both candidates have been painted so black with such a wide variety of brushes that distinguishing one from the other is almost entirely dependent upon what you thought of them originally, back when you hadn’t been told so much about them and, probably, knew them both better than you do now.
