This sports drama sees David O. Russell reuniting with Mark Wahlberg for the story of “Irish” Micky Ward, a professional boxer and real-life Rocky from Lowell, Massachusetts. Trained by his troubled half-brother Dicky (Christian Bale), Micky is a success story who bounced back from a string of defeats to win the Lightweight and Light Welterweight titles. The film will be in theaters on December 10th, 2010.
