ToyTalk is a San Francisco-based startup toy company founded by Oren Jacob (Pixar’s former CTO) that has the mission “to create entertainment powered by characters and conversation.”
They have just released the first teaser video of the product they are planning for 2013, a Teddy bear that talks with the use of an iPad.
These futuristic children’s toys will be able to track human movement, interact with spoken words and connect to the web and mobile devices. Think of it as a Teddy Ruxpin 2.0.
