Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s Announces Blu-ray & DVD Release of Justice League: Throne of Atlantis On January 27, 2015

The newly formed Justice League members Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman discover another super hero on the planet – Aquaman – and the group must band together to prevent a war between the inhabitants of land and sea as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Warner Bros. Animation, and DC Entertainment unleash Justice League: Throne of Atlantis. Packed with non-stop action, the brand-new 75-minute DC Universe Original Movie comes to Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital HD on January 27, 2015.

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis will be available on Blu-ray Combo Pack for $24.98 SRP and on DVD for $19.98 SRP.  The Blu-ray Combo Pack includes a digital version of the movie on Digital HD with UltraViolet. Fans can also own Justice League: Throne of Atlantis in Digital HD on January 13 via purchase from digital retailers.

In Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, Cyborg discovers an imminent threat in the depths of the oceans so powerful that it rallies together the newly formed Justice League. Writer and director Quentin Tarantino’s hugely successful follow-up to ‘Reservoir Dogs’ melds three dime-store stories set in lowlife LA into one cohesive thriller. The Boxtrolls Coming To Digital HD On December 23, 2014 And On Blu-ray & DVD On January 20, 2015

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes in the family event movie The Boxtrolls. RADiUS, The Weinstein Company and Anchor Bay films will be releasing Alexandre Aja’s Horns, based on the best-selling novel by Joe Hill, on Blu-ray and DVD on January 6, 2015.

Ig Perrish (Daniel Radcliffe) is the number one suspect for the murder of his girlfriend, Merrin (Juno Temple). Hungover from a night of hard drinking, Ig awakens one morning to find horns growing from his head and soon realizes their power drives people to confess their sins and give in to their most selfish and unspeakable impulses–an effective tool in his quest to discover what happened to his girlfriend and exact revenge on her killer.

Guardians of The Galaxy To Be Released On Digital HD And Disney Movies Anywhere On November 18th & DVD and Blu-ray On December 9th

Marvel Studios’ smash hit Guardians of the Galaxy will make its way onto DVD and Blu-ray this December. Marvel Entertainment has announced a few more details about the additional content that will be found on the releases as well as the cover art. Set to be included on film’s Blu-ray release are:

Guardians of the Galaxy stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and Benicio del Toro. The film has brought in over $645 million at the global box office. The film has become the highest-grossing film of the year domestically with a total of $320 million.

Home Entertainment will release Batman 25th Anniversary Two-Disc Edition, a new Blu-ray edition debuting November 11, 2014 (at $24.98 SRP) in the studio’s distinctive new sleek Diamond Luxe collector-style packaging. With its state-of-the-art sophisticated and durable design, the new packaging is perfect for those wishing to add this edition to their home libraries. Also included is Batman: The Birth of the Modern Blockbuster — a look at the phenomenal marketing, extensive merchandising and franchise foresight that set the template for the next 25 years of tentpole pictures.

WBHE and DCE’s year-long celebration, befitting the world’s most popular Super Hero, will boast new products from WBE and DC Entertainment in numerous areas – comics, TV, Interactive Entertainment, Consumer Products and more.
