A chrome black Darth Vader minifig is going to be randomly inserted in 2009 LEGO Star Wars sets in the US similar to the chrome gold C3PO in 2007. This means it won’t be found in battle packs or retail exclusives. There will be 10,000 chrome Vader minifigs created. Happy hunting!
