Taweret also known as The Great Female was the ancient Egyptian goddess of maternity and childbirth, protector of women and children. More can be read HERE.
Am I the only one that noticed that in the behind picture, the legs are parted, but when you get a partial front view in the finale, the legs are closed, as in no space between them?
