Lady Gaga is set to appear next week on American Idol as a mentor for the remaining 4 finalists (Haley Reinhart, Scotty McCreery, James Durbin and Lauren Alaina).
She will provide guidance to the contestants who will be singing songs penned by Leiber & Stoller. Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller wrote Post-World War II hits such as “Jailhouse Rock,” “Yakety Yak,” “Stand By Me” and “Hound Dog.”
