The inventor of the Jelly Belly David Klein, who started the gourmet jelly bean craze and created the most popular candy products in the world is back again and will debut the ‘next generation’ jelly bean at the Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago May 24 – 26. This will mark Klein’s first public appearance at the show in many years.
