Rejoice…one of my favorite websites, Pop Candy is now available as an app! Whitney Matheson has been writing about pop culture for years and she is the reason that I write my own blog.
Her wonderful site covers everything from cult movies to comic books, indie rock, what to tape on your DVR and a whole lot more. Pop Candy is the first page that I check on my Mac every morning and now I can read it from my iPhone and iPad.
In addition to daily posts, the app will deliver exclusive interviews, Twitter updates, music, video and other features. The application is also a tool for fan meetups and chatting.
