The Comic Book Art of Rafael Grampa

The house is quiet today and I had some free time to surf the web. I chanced upon this striking image of Batman and immediately had to know who the artist was and see more of his work.

The rendering was created by Rafael Grampa, a Brazilian comic book artist who utilizes fantastic lines and interesting layouts to create detailed powerful art.

Grampa debuted in the American comics market with 2008’s “Mesmo Delivery,” and has since created various pin ups along with art in Hellblazer,  Daredevil, American Vampire and Strange Tales.

He is definitely an artist that I will keep my eye on; enjoy some of his amazing work below.
