Jimmy Fallon’s famous musical parodies and collaborations will be celebrated on NBC next week with a one-hour primetime special.
The “Late Night” host will perform such hits as “Tebowie,” his Tim Tebow/David Bowie character mashup, and Neil Young singing the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” theme song.
As host of the special, Fallon will also recap some of his biggest musical collaborations, including the infectious “History Of Rap” with Justin Timberlake, his duets with Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen and his most recent foray into using toy instruments on a cover of “Call Me Maybe” with Carly Rae Jepsen and The Roots.
Fallon released “Blow Your Pants Off,” a new album of his popular “Late Night” collaborations as well as new original songs in June.
The special will air Wednesday, July 25 at 10:00 p.m. EST on NBC.
