The limited-edition $3.49 5-ounce bags will be shipped to Target stores starting today and will be on sale throughout the holiday season. If consumers like them, the company will evaluate whether to make them permanent.
The combo of sweet and salty snacks has recently become more popular. Over the past year, or so, the market has exploded with Kettle Maple Bacon Potato Chips, Planter’s Sweet & Salty Snack Mix, ConAgra’s Crunch ‘n Munch and even Sweet ‘n Salty Bugles.
