Doaly just completed his Batman Noir poster series based on the three Christopher Nolan films.
The UK based artist writes:
“I wanted the posters to be based on the monologues of the three films which chart the character’s progression as he comes full circle.
In the second film, Batman played the role of guardian of Gotham even when the citizens didn’t know how much the Dark Knight did for them. I wanted this to echo as part of the city itself and there’s a cheeky nod to the Joker within the poster as you couldn’t have a Batman poster without him.”
