Bruce Springsteen Celebrates The Release of “Born To Run” At Barnes & Noble At The Grove On October 3, 2016

In 2009, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band performed at the Super Bowl’s halftime show. The experience was so exhilarating that Bruce decided to write about it. That’s how this extraordinary autobiography began.

Over the past seven years, Bruce Springsteen has privately devoted himself to writing the story of his life, bringing to these pages the same honesty, humor and originality found in his songs.

Bruce Springsteen will be joining Barnes and Noble on October 3, 2016 for a very special Meet & Greet to celebrate the release of his autobiography, “Born To Run”.

This is a wristbanded event.

Customers who purchase a pre-signed copy of “Born To Run” from Barnes and Noble at The Grove will receive a wristband that will allow them to attend this event. Barnes and Noble will begin selling the book and distributing wristbands Monday October 3rd at 6AM on first come first serve basis.

– This event begins at 12:00pm.

– Event is meet & greet with photo only. No talk, signing, or performance.

– You are allowed one posed photo with Bruce Springsteen. An employee of Barnes & Noble will take the picture using your phone or camera. 


– Bruce will not sign anything during the event, so no memorabilia or other items are allowed.


– One wristband per person with purchase of the book (minors 12 and under may accompany a parent/adult).


– Books are pre-signed. One pre-signed book per person.


– The book must be purchased at this location the day of the event—no exceptions.


- The store will open at 6:00am on Monday, October 3rd for purchasing. 


– The book and wristband will be given out at purchase.


- Wristband is required to enter event space.


- Lost or stolen wristbands can not be replaced
