Check Out The Cover of Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban: The Illustrated Edition

Jim Kay, the official illustrator of the Harry Potter series has turned his skills to the third book in the series, as he brings to life Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

As fans of the best-selling author J.K. Rowling already know, the third book sees Harry return to Hogwarts having just discovered that the notorious prisoner who recently escaped from the wizarding prison of Azkaban, is none other than Sirius Black, his godfather—who may be after Harry. And if the Dementors (Azkaban’s soul-sucking guards) and a new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor aren’t enough to adjust to, Harry, Ron, and Hermione, also have to deal with identifying a possible traitor in their midst.

The cover features the Knight Bus, a triple-decker form of wizarding public transportation that takes Harry from his aunt and uncle’s house to Diagon Alley, where he spends the rest of his summer holidays before he returns to school.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: The Illustrated Edition will hit bookshelves on October 3, 2017.
