Chronicle Books Announces Studio Ghibli Publishing Line

In 1988 Studio Ghibli released the animated fantasy My Neighbor Totoro to much acclaim. Directed by legendary filmmaker Hayao Miyizaki, the award-winning film is widely regarded as one of the greatest animated films ever made, ranking #13 on Rolling Stone’s “40 Greatest Animated Movies Ever” and the #1 spot on a list of the greatest animated films, curated by director Terry Gilliam in TimeOut London.

In the decades since its premier the film has amassed a world-wide following of fans who embrace the film and its beloved characters such as Satsuki, Mei, Cat Bus, and of course, Totoro. Now Chronicle Books announces new stationery products that celebrate the anniversary and embrace the spirit of the film.
