Video Games That Players Want In 2019

For a gamer, there is nothing better than a new year. A new year represents a whole new showcase of games and consoles. This coupled with the advances in technology and players are left in a daze of anticipation. 2018 certainly was an exciting year for many gamers with major titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and God of War. These are only to just mention a few. Of course, there were many more. There have also been plenty of exciting releases thus far in 2019 and the year is only half gone. Below, you will learn about some video games titles that you should be playing in 2019 if you aren’t already.

Apex Legends

It would be really hard to create a list like this without mentioning Apex Legends. This game will probably go down at the most surprising release of 2019 because it literally came out of nowhere and captivated gamers from all around the world. The developers took a really risky move by just revealing the game minutes before it was released. It really is hard to imagine something like this happening in today’s world. Developers and creators usually spend years showing little teasers and snippets of their game before they are released on such a wide scale. In fact, some companies go as far as to release beta versions so that players can indulge before the final full release.

Despite that tangent, Apex Legends is a fairly good game all around. This team-based battle royale offers a fast-paced environment coupled with some of the most innovative team mechanics. In fact, the team mechanics are probably the most impressive thing about the game.

Who really thought that they were going to get another Battletoads game? It might have been twenty-some years in the making, but it looks like fans of the original titles have something to be excited about. The aspect of the game that garnered the most respect and popularity amongst gamers was the difficulty. Battletoads has been referred to many times as being one of the hardest games ever released on the NES. With a little, more research players will notice right away that the art style of the game is completely different. There are also some other modern improvements thrown in there, but the game will without a doubt feel familiar to longtime fans.

Blair Witch

Blair Witch is one of the most iconic movies of all times. Whether you hated the original or loved it, you have to say that it was something refreshing for its time. The movie sparked a whole new movement in cinematic production. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the game. It certainly isn’t from lack of trying. There have already been several editions of the game released, but to say the least they have failed to impress. Most dedicated players have even coined them as terrible. Well, it looks like the series might actually have something to get fans excited about.

It would be hard for anyone to look at the initial footage and not be impressed. And, this is not to even mention that this edition of the game is being developed by the same studio that made Layers of Fear. This really could be the game that Blair Witch fans have been waiting for, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t at least try online gambling. Sites like can provide you with reliable and reputable casinos.

Borderland 3

Fans of the Borderland’s franchise have been waiting in anticipation for years for another release. Well, it looks like that wait is finally over and there is now a trilogy in the making. Fans don’t have to worry about the new release straying too far from the traditional aspects of the series thus far. You can expect tons of dark humor coupled with tons of guns, beautiful cel-shaded graphics along with single and multiplayer options.

Days Gone

After a highly anticipated debut, Days Gone is finally on the market. In fact, it has been on the market for a while now, but it didn’t seem to draw as much attention as PlayStation has hoped for. It is hard to say why because the game is truly awesome as you travel around in a post-apocalyptic world fighting for your life.
