That’s why Simmons created the “Sweet Sleep” bed to bring some unexpected fun to one lucky fan’s bedroom. Only Simmons and Skittles can bring you a bed that you’ll love, complete with sweet treats whenever you want.
The two companies have partnered “to create a one-of-a-kind, first-of-its-kind bed that dispenses Skittles candy.”
The Simmons Sweet Sleep Bed is a “murphy” bed – hinged so that it can be pulled down and stored vertically. The Skittles-dispensing machine slides to open and reveals a Simmons twin mattress.
One person can buy the bed for $1.50 – the average price for a pack of Skittles.
The bed will go on sale at some point after 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 13. In the meantime, you can sign up for email clues HERE and follow Simmons on Instagram to receive hints on when it will be available.
Delivery and set-up are included. The bed comes with a supply of Skittles and will be refilled by Skittles for one year. The bed itself includes a 10-inch gel memory foam mattress.
