It will feature a star-studded voice ensemble led by newcomer Gregory Mann as the titular wooden boy and David Bradley as Geppetto.

Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro, who has been attached to the project since 2018 is co-directing Pinocchio along with Mark Gustafson (Fantastic Mr. Fox). It is written by Del Toro and Patrick McHale, with a score by Alexandre Desplat.
