On Saturday, May 14, 2022 from noon to 3:00 p.m. Sunset Comix will host acclaimed artist and comic creator Bill Sienkiewicz in-store for a signing event. Sienkiewicz will do signatures for $25 and remarques for $125.
There will be a CGC witness on hand to facilitate any grading and encapsulation that you may wish for your newly enhanced comic book or graphic novel. Bill will also be bringing prints and original art for exhibition and sale.
Bill Sienkiewicz is a multi-Eisner Award-winning and Emmy Award-nominated artist best known for revamping the style of comic and graphic novel illustration from 1980 onward, earning him an international reputation and cult status across media industries, and entrée into the Eisner Hall of Fame. He is most noted for Marvel’s Elektra: Assassin, Moon Knight, and New Mutants—which inspired FX’s Legion and Disney’s New Mutants—and his acclaimed graphic novel Stray Toasters. Sienkiewicz’s has also contributed on-set and promotional artwork for The Batman, Dune, Moon Knight series, 2018 Halloween remake, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Logan, The Grinch, The Green Mile, and Unforgiven. His work has graced numerous album and book covers, and has been showcased in museums and galleries worldwide.
