Over multiple rounds of voting, TV Guide writers and editors joined by their colleagues at sister sites Metacritic, GameSpot, and Cord Cutters News narrowed down all of the TV shows out there until just 100 shows remained.
They ranked them by considering their quality, cultural impact, Metascore, and, most of all, their own passion.
