What To Watch On Netflix On Your Day Off

If you’re finding it hard to focus at the office and feel your productivity levels decreasing each day, it might be time for a sick day. Giving yourself a break every now and then will help to prevent workplace burnout and will greatly benefit both your mental and physical health. Whether you’re a project manager for a construction company, a medical scribe for Provider’s Choice Scribe Services, or hold any job title in between, a day off work every once in a while is needed to allow yourself to recharge. On a day off, you’ll want to consume media that is relaxing and gives your brain a break on your day of rest. Here are some fun, stress-free movies, and shows you can stream on Netflix on your day off.

Inventing Anna

This miniseries tells the story of Anna Delvey, aka Anna Sorokin, a real-life woman who convinced New York’s elite that she was a wealthy German heiress. There are 9 episodes, all of which are about an hour-long, making this a good option for binge-watching on a lazy day off.

The Tinder Swindler

Thematically similar to Inventing Anna, The Tinder Swindler is a documentary-style film that tells the story of several women who were scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by the same man that they all met on the popular dating app Tinder.

Human Resources

A spin-off of the popular Netflix original animated series Big Mouth, this is a workplace-comedy style show that follows the series’ hormone monster characters and is sure to make you laugh out loud. The show’s episodes are less than half an hour-long, so it’s an easy watch.

He’s All That

This teen romantic comedy stars TikTok celebrity Addison Rae and has been praised as one of the best rom-coms of the last few years by critics and fans alike. The film tells the story of a teenage girl who sets out to give a classmate the ultimate high school makeover, and the chaos that ensues as a result.

The Woman In The House Across The Street From The Girl In The Window

This long-winded mini series title is a play on that of last year’s hit Netflix original psychological thriller The Woman in the Window. The show is a hilarious parody of the film, as well as popular crime shows which involve a woman questioning her sanity while trying to solve a crime.
