Ed Sheeran delighted fans in West Hollywood, California on Sunday May 7th as he performed a free show. The 32-year-old singer-songwriter sang atop a bright red StarLine City Sightseeing bus.
After his performance, Sheeran took time to greet and pose for photos with excited attendees.
Lucky fans including my daughter Elli caught his Instagram Story, ‘LA pop up. I got the address wrong. 8483 Melrose Avenue West Hollywood, CA 90069. See you around 11:30am.’
He then followed up the next day with another message that read: ‘8483 Melrose. LA pop up, see you there this morning.
Other surprise shows occurred in New York and Dallas over the weekend.
The pop-up experience allowed fans to dive deep into the visuals of his new album Subtract with many photo ops and purchase limited edition merchandise, official signed CDs, and albums.
The popular singer wrapped his big weekend by appearing on Sunday night’s American Idol alongside another guest performer/judge, Alanis Morissette, as fill-ins for panelists Katy Perry and Lionel Richie, who were busy celebrating King Charles III’s coronation.
