Watch The IT Chapter Two – Come Home Featurette

A new IT: Chapter Two featurette has been released featuring director Andy Muschietti promising to “crank up the horror” as novel writer Stephen King and the cast discuss how the sequel puts the characters front and center, making it a sort of “coming-of-age” tale.

The cast of IT: Chapter Two includes James McAvoy (X-Men franchise, Split) as Bill, Jessica Chastain (Crimson Peak, The Martian) as Beverly, Bill Hader (Barry, Trainwreck) as Richie, Jay Ryan (Beauty and the Beast) as Ben and James Ransone (Generation Kill) as Eddie, with Andy Bean (Here and Now) as Stanely Uris, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike, Teach Grant (Altered Carbon, Damnation) as Henry Bowers, Jess Weixler (The Son, Chained for Life) as Bill’s wife, Xavier Dolan (Boy Erased) as Adrian Mellon, Will Beinbrink (Queen of the South) as Tom Rogan and, of course, the return of Bill Skarsgård as the clown Pennywise.

The second part is written by Gary Dauberman from the book by Stephen King. Muschietti, once again, is at the helm. The movie will arrive in theaters on September 5.

IT debuted in September of last year to the tune of $123.1 million on opening weekend, the highest opening weekend ever for a September release, for a fall release, and for a horror movie. It clocked in just $9 million behind Deadpool for the second-highest opening for an R-rated movie. The film earned over $700 million at the worldwide box office, making it the highest-grossing horror movie of all time.

Watch The Avengers Endgame Featurette: ‘Imagine If For The First Time Our Heroes All Lost’

Marvel Studios has revealed a new Avengers: Endgame featurette featuring some of the stars discussing what it’s like to see our heroes lose and how we find hope again.

Last year’s Avengers: Infinity War saw the titular superhero team take the fight to Thanos in order to stop his attempt at exterminating half of the universe’s population with the Infinity stones. But it was to no avail, as he was able to successfully collect them all and snap his fingers, wiping out half of all life from existence in a cloud of ash.

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”

Confirmed cast members for the untitled fourth Avengers film so far include Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Sean Gunn, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Katherine Langford and Josh Brolin.

Avengers: Endgame will open on April 26.

Watch The LEGO Batman Movie Featurette

750x1112_movie12490postersthe_lego_batman_movie-us

Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new featurette for the upcoming The LEGO Batman Movie hosted by none other than the star of the film himself, LEGO Batman!

Will Arnett reprises his role of Batman from The LEGO Movie as the voice of the titular Dark Knight, alongside Michael Cera as Robin the boy wonder, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred Pennyworth, Mariah Carey as Gotham’s mayor, and Zach Galifianakis as The Joker.

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure: The LEGO Batman Movie. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Chris McKay is directing The LEGO Batman Movie from a script by Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter creator Seth Grahame-Smith. Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who directed The LEGO Movie, are producing the film along with Dan Lin.

The LEGO Batman Movie will open in theaters on February 10, 2017. The LEGO cinematic universe will then expand again later in 2017 with the release of The LEGO Ninjago Movie on September 22, 2017.
