cover

With its catchy opening song, campy costumes and lighthearted comical moments, the Batman 1960s Television Series is a beloved classic among Batman fans.

Adam West has become synonymous with the crime fighting hero and to this day remains as one of fans favorite actors to don the cape and cowl. The shows success led to the 1966 feature film starring most of the original TV cast.

The crime-fighting hero of Gotham City is rarely seen without his faithful sidekick Robin, in the Batman 1960s television series. The campy and lighthearted TV show quickly became a fan favorite, inspiring the 1966 feature film, Batman.

Sideshow Collectibles and Hot Toys are excited to introduce the Batman and Robin 1966 collectible figures from the classic 1966 Batman movie ($205 for Batman and $190 or Robin).

The hyper realistic figures are specially crafted featuring screen-accurate masked head sculpts, classic costumes, weapons and accessories.

I saw the Batman & Robin (1966 Film) sixth scale prototypes at Comic Con and the sculpts were breathtaking. Wait until the Batmobile gets released, it will blow your mind!

Expected to ship April 2014.
