Watch The New My Dinner With Hervé Teaser Trailer

HBO has released the a new trailer for the comedy biopic My Dinner with Herve, starring Peter Dinklage and Jamie Dornan.

An unlikely friendship evolves over one wild night in LA between a struggling journalist (Dornan) and actor Hervé Villechaize (Dinklage), resulting in life-changing consequences for both. Written and directed by Sacha Gervasi (The Terminal, Hitchcock) from a story by he and Sean Macaulay, My Dinner With Hervé is based on Gervasi’s own experience interviewing Herve Villechaize in 1993, just days before the actor killed himself.

“He interviewed Hervé right before he killed himself,” Dinklage told The New York Times of the project back in 2012. “…After he killed himself, Sacha realized Hervé’s interview was a suicide note.”

My Dinner With Hervé also stars Oona Chaplin (Taboo, The Longest Ride), Mireille Enos (World War Z, The Catch), Andy Garcia (Ballers, Book Club) and Harriet Walter (Babel, Atonement).

In Pixels, intergalactic aliens misinterpret video-feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war against them and attack the Earth, using the games as models for their various assaults. President Will Cooper (James) has to call on his childhood best friend, ’80s video game champion Sam Brenner (Sandler), now a home theater installer, to lead a team of old-school arcaders (Dinklage and Gad) to defeat the aliens and save the planet. Monaghan plays the team’s unique weapons specialist.
